Actor Jon Seda plays Detective Falsone on Homicide, Life on the Streets.

Seda's breakthrough role was as the cheating husband of Lauren Velez in Darnell Martin's "I Like It Like That" (1994). He went on to play Chris Perez, the musician-husband of "Selena" (1997).

Seda was raised in Clifton, New Jersey, and was the second oldest of 6 children. Jon Seda's first expectations about acting were that he might get a part as an extra.
